This project was unique in its own right.  Preserving the essence of this single story California style rancher while adding just the right mix of contemporary design along with modern finishes proved to be challenging. Yet Kapiti Built and our team of professionals were once again able to pull it off. Another successful Kitchen renovation completed by Kapiti Built Homes and Renovations.

A custom Murphy Bed was installed in the theater room along with a fresh coat of paint. Other work includes the outdoor cookery, built in high-end stainless steel BBQ, stone back splash/wall and counter tops. A custom coffee/wet bar was also built in the front entrance. This required our team of professionals to rough in new plumbing and electrical for the bar faucet, ice maker, and drainage. Custom composite stairs were also built for easy access to the outdoor hot tub.
