Complete Rental Townhouse Renovation

This complete townhouse renovation was completed in just over a month. A property investor had owned this unit for many years, and had decided it needed to be freshened up. No structural changes in this job, but lots was replaced. New cabinets, counter tops, backsplash, sinks and faucets throughout. Trim was replaced and painted, along with painting the walls to lighten the place up. The shower surround was torn out along with the drywall and replaced with a sealed tile surround. All electrical fixtures were replaced, plus all flooring and door hardware. Basement was painted and cleaned up, shelving was installed in laundry area. The ceiling in the kitchen had the texture scraped off, LED lighting installed and painted a flat finish. Once completed, the owner rented the town house out for $300 more a month than previously rented
